A planning assistant for contractors and project managers. It turns a contract, the engineer of record's issued-for-construction drawings, field measurements, specs, photos, and notes into a clarified scope, a sequenced work plan with manpower and duration, an editable material list, and a crew packet. It consumesthe engineer's drawings — it does not produce engineering.
Goal: turn a messy 2–3 hour planning pass into a 20-minute draft plus human review. A target, not a guarantee — real job complexity and site conditions vary.
The job (sample — fictional)
Replace an existing 350 kW emergency standby generator with a new 350 kW unit. The new unit is physically larger. Remove the old generator, transport it to the customer's yard, and unload it in place — a heavy-lift / rigging job.

Clarifying questions (asked before generating anything)
The contract input here is thin, so the assistant asks first instead of guessing. It will not produce a work plan or material list until the answers that drive scope are known.
- Q1Are the issued-for-construction electrical drawings and the new generator submittal / cut sheet available? (They control clearances, conduit, and conductor sizing.)
- Q2What are the new unit's footprint and weight versus the existing pad? Does the existing pad and anchor pattern accept the larger unit, or is pad modification in scope?
- Q3Is the rigging path confirmed — crane position, swing radius, ground bearing, overhead lines or obstructions?
- Q4Fuel system: is the existing day-tank / fuel piping reused or replaced, and who disconnects and purges it?
- Q5Is transport to the customer yard in scope, and who provides the receiving location and offload equipment there?
- Q6Who owns permits and AHJ inspection — this contract or others?
