Scope: this describes the invite-only private pilot/app and the controls that apply when accounts and uploads are enabled for pilot users. The public demo on this site has no accounts, no server uploads, no cloud-saved projects, and no billing — it runs entirely in your browser. Browser-local drafts are single-device only; uploads, cloud save, and crew-sharing are private-pilot features and are not active in the public demo.

What we collect, and why

Pilot signup details (name, email, company, trade, role, project notes) — used only to contact you about the Munda Field Planner pilot. Not sold, not shared, not added to any other mailing list.
In the invite-only private pilot (when enabled), project data you create (project names, jobsite addresses/locations, placed objects, routes, zones, notes) will be stored to provide the product, private to your account. The public demo saves nothing — it runs in your browser and is gone when you close the tab.
In the private pilot, when uploads are enabled, files you provide (blueprints, site plans, images) will be stored so you can trace and mark up your own site plans; you must confirm you have the right to use each file, and files are reachable only through your project. The public demo does not upload or save any files.

What we do NOT do

No sale of personal data. No ad tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.
No automated marketing emails — pilot contact is personal and minimal.
No training of AI models on any private-pilot files or project data.
Private-pilot/app pages and any share links are excluded from search-engine indexing.

Where data lives

The public static demo stores nothing on our servers — it runs entirely in your browser. In the invite-only private pilot, data would be stored in a Postgres database and file store operated by Munda LLC. Future service providers — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, object storage, analytics, or hosting — will be added to this policy before they receive any data.

Sharing you control

There are no live crew share links in the public demo. In the private pilot, when sharing is enabled, a crew share link would expose a read-only view of one project to anyone who has the link — links use long random tokens, are never indexed, and can be revoked. Print packets you generate are yours to distribute — treat them as any project document.

Retention & deletion

Projects and files (private pilot only): kept while your account/pilot is active; deleting a project deletes its files. The public demo keeps nothing.
Pilot leads: kept for the duration of the pilot program; deleted on request.
Deletion/export requests: email fieldplanner@protonmail.com — we will delete or export your data within 30 days.
