FieldForge Terms of Use (Draft)
Munda LLC · Last updated 2026-06-12
1. What FieldForge is — and is not
FieldForge is a planning, visualization, estimating, and coordination tool. It does not replace licensed engineering; it does not create stamped drawings; it does not guarantee code compliance or permit approval; it does not replace AHJ review or field verification. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, materials, site conditions, code requirements, and professional requirements before real-world use.
- Electrical/NEC-related outputs are unverified planning aids until verified against official NEC sources and qualified professional review.
- Plumbing outputs are planning aids only and must be verified against local plumbing code, the AHJ, permit authority, field conditions, and qualified professional review.
- FieldForge must not be relied upon for emergency or life-safety decisions.
2. Your uploads (permission & copyright)
You may only upload blueprints, drawings, site plans, photos, PDFs, and documents that you own or have permission to use. Each upload requires an explicit permission confirmation. You retain ownership of your files; you grant Munda LLC only the limited rights needed to store and display them back to you and to people you share a project with. We may remove content that infringes others' rights.
3. Acceptable use
- No uploading files you lack rights to, malware, or unlawful content.
- Do not upload credentials, API keys, or other secrets as project files — FieldForge stores project documents, not secrets.
- No attempting to access other users' projects or probe the service's security.
- No scraping, reselling, or misrepresenting FieldForge output as engineer-approved.
- No automated/bulk submissions to forms or APIs.
4. Pilot status & changes
FieldForge is in pilot. Features may change, break, or be removed. Paid plans are not active yet; billing terms will be added before any charge occurs.
5. Warranties & liability
[NEEDS ATTORNEY REVIEW — draft language]The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munda LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Munda LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including losses arising from construction decisions made using planning output.
